We are a small neighborhood of only about 150 homes within an area of slightly fewer acres. To be effective in addressing problems we need a high level of awareness and cooperation. Please help us all by being a participant. Monthly Board meetings are open to Association members. Indeed, anyone who wishes to actively participate can be elected to the board with near unit probability.

Dues were set at $40 per year when this incarnation of the Homeowners Association was incorporated in 1982. After two decades, your Board believed it appropriate to raise dues to $45 per year. Please show your support and interest: join the Homeowners Association.
